Ptc-ii automatic purge and trap is a multi position automatic purge and trap with electronic cold trap. The injection pump is used for accurate sampling, and helium / nitrogen is used as purge gas to blow the sample solution for bubbling; under continuous air blowing, the volatile components in the sample escape with the purge gas and are concentrated by a trap equipped with adsorbent; after a certain purge time, the purge gas is closed, and the six-way valve is switched to connect the trap pipe to the carrier gas path of GC Fast heating the trap tube makes the captured sample group decompose and absorb, and then goes into GC with carrier gas for analysis.
Combined with GC or GC / MS, it can be widely used in environmental analysis, such as the analysis of organic pollutants in drinking water or wastewater, and the analysis of volatile compounds (such as odor components) in food.
