Did you know there are a limited group of cranberry farms in the world? I had no idea until my daughter, Ashley, started her summer internship in Vermont with Ocean Spray. As a cooperative of growers, the farmers share in the profits from the sale of their precious commodity. This rice pearl is pitch-perfect cranberry in color and, like the real thing, is limited in availability.
Each strand measures 16” in length and is temporarily strung on cotton thread.
